幾乎是大學畢業後就來雪梨生活到現在都六年了

身為吃貨一份子還有社群時代的小年青

追蹤美食帳號一點也不為過!!

所以今天就來跟大家分享幾個專門介紹雪梨(澳洲)素食餐廳的IG帳號吧

 

1. Sydney Vegan Guide

澳洲現在的素食人口激增

所以全素餐廳或是提供素食的餐廳都越來越多了

這個帳號可說是雪梨素食聖經

順便跟大家說一下 Vegan  v.s.  Vegetarian到底是哪裡不一樣(以西方文化為主的國家)

Vegan---純植物素食,不吃任何蛋奶類製品、蜂蜜,可食用五辛

Vegetarian---吃蛋奶類製品,食用五辛

所以如果是宗教素的蔬迷們來到澳洲要特別注意喔

下次再來寫一篇五辛及其他蔬迷必須注意勿誤食的成分的英文吧!

在文化大熔爐的國家生活其中一好處就是美食也相當多元化

素食料理可以嘗試到印度、泰國、越南、中東、黎巴嫩、中南美洲、日本、義大利

可惜的是台灣素食卻吃不到阿~~~

2. Sydney vegan market

 

 

這帳號是雪梨的素食市集!!

目前一個月舉辦一次,門票$5

吃的用的穿的,全部都是素食的!!!!!!!

沒錯,就算是日常生活用的穿的

有時也常常不小心傷害了動物卻不自知喔

化妝品保養品請支持不用動物實驗的產品~

就連馬丁先生現在都推出了人工皮的鞋子

上次去逛吃了一攤做素食勁辣雞米花

好好吃

而且去逛的時候會發現很多很潮的人哪~~

現在素食就是潮流呢

 

3. Bonnyrebecca

 

Been struggling to write out a caption lately. My brain feels so filled to the brim with thoughts and feelings, I can’t seem to spill it out in a way that makes any sense 😂... So many changes and challenges currently going on for me. I found myself watching my old YouTube videos the other day and wanting to delete them all because I feel like an entirely different person now, I had to stop and remind myself that this change is totally normal, natural and necessary. And showing the process is... well it’s good I guess. 😅 A few years ago I was holding myself back from change, growth and self development by getting caught up in other people’s ideologies and identifying so heavily with what I thought it to be the only truth! I was stubborn and although considered myself to be open minded, once I set my mind to something I wasn’t very open to change/being wrong. Something I’ve been really working on lately is still being strong in my values and beliefs but being more open minded to the fact that my truths could change, and really listening. More listening - less reacting. I’m 25 and regardless of how much I think I’ve learnt I’m still going to get so much more wrong in life, welcoming that welcomes growth and allows me to not get caught up in limiting mindsets. 💭💭💭💭 like I said, a lot going on up here 🧠 What have you been thinking about layely🤔

某次偶然發現也居住在雪梨的台灣素食吃貨 <3

所以就追蹤起來了哈哈哈哈

 

5. Syd The Vegan

okay我現在辭窮了

那就跟大家介紹一下這看起來像漢堡的不是漢堡

是一間連鎖中東街頭小吃店賣的Pita裡面夾falafel

只有這間連鎖店賣的Falafel 沒有蔥蒜

一般外面中東餐廳都會有

有機會一定要試試這個炸麵糰配上鷹嘴豆泥

watering.....

在雪梨吃著台灣版的三菜一湯才是稀有

其實是因為外出用餐常常忘記拍照就開吃了

 

-CHuang’s Kitchen- 今天又嘗試了一點新花樣,不是菜色,是拍照,不知道感覺怎麼樣👉🏼👈🏼? 🥢胡麻蒸南瓜:蒸好南瓜以後,看見冰箱的胡麻醬就即興的淋了上去,果然吃貨都有奇怪的直覺嗎?這樣好好吃噢。 🥢香煎燒烤豆腐:先以吸油紙把豆腐包住用重物壓出水,調和BBQ醬、楓糖、清醬油和七味辣椒粉醃製豆腐,大概十分鐘吧,煎到兩面洽洽就可以了。 🥢鹹菜筍苦瓜:是偷懶的好吃料理,用華人店買的台灣名產鹹菜筍炒苦瓜,輕鬆完成一道菜。 #vegetarian #vegetarianrecipes #vegetarianfoodie #vegetarianmeal #vegetariancooking #veganuary2018 #meatless #vegetarianlifestyle #tofu #pumpkin #cookathome #chuangtable #taiwanesevegetarian #素食晚餐 #純廚房 #素食料理 #素食食譜 #素食吃貨 #苦瓜 #豆腐 #南瓜
